Oh No! Not Another Survey

Survey and Questionnaire overload … We are deluged these days with ever-more demands on our time to answer online or phone surveys. There are way too many. But if we have to decide which kind of survey to answer, and thoughtfully, we believe something that could help our children would be at the top of our list.
At ScuttleBugs we celebrated our 6th anniversary this year. For a start-up in such a high turnover industry some might say we should take this as a sign that things are rosy and we have a wining formula with parents and children. Well, true or not, we don’t take that view.
We have a first class and dedicated group of teachers and staff. And at all levels, internally and externally, we all constantly strive to thoughtfully refine and improve what we can deliver to our kids, and to our parents.
Of course we have our own internal measuring tools and metrics. All the kids, our direct “consumers”!, know for sure we are the best best best ever! But we thought perhaps, for a more considered opinion, we could turn to our parents individually and as a group for their insight and comment.
So ScuttleBugs has devised a set of interlocking but separate surveys. We send them out very sparingly and will use them to supplement face to face and other forms of feedback and they will be refined and adjusted over time.

Question
Surveys are designed into three basic categories and can be completed on line in only a few minutes. We have promised not to submerge parents in surveys. For parents of presently enrolled children we do not foresee more than one or at most two during the whole time of their child’s enrollment. The information we gain we will analyze carefully and use to help develop and improve our programs. We hope we will get broad feedback and support.
We are really looking forward to rolling out this effort over the coming months. As ever we welcome feedback from parents any time. And if we need instant feedback from the children, then Ms. Joana, our wonderful cook, has some very tasty (and healthy!) ways to drum up crowd support!
